Manages Remote Conference Services Unit at DG LINC.

Recruited, trained and mentored a team of 45 MRP coordinators, moderators, IT specialists, who provide multilingual remote participation (MRP) support to remote speakers, remote interpreters (RSI), as well as organisers of the parliamentary meetings and events in the European Parliament.

Defined and implemented necessary workflows to enable hybrid meetings in the European Parliament, develops new services and processes related to multilingual hybrid meetings.

In cooperation with the provider co-leads efforts to continually improve the MRP platform with user friendly and innovative features.

Manages and contributes to projects aiming at streamlining MRP and RSI in meetings in the EP.

Devises and contributes to outreach and communication activities aiming at improving user's experience with MRP, including initiatives related to client liaison and support to speakers.

Cooperates with interpreters in the framework of Technical Working Group on initiatives aimed at improving sound quality in hybrid meetings with interpretation

Monitors and contributes the department's budgetary planning and expenditure.

Co-leads work on the first inter-parliamentary joint procurement procedure to contract the EU multilingual Videoconferencing system - participation of 31 chambers from 25 Member States confirmed.

In charge of the Multilingual Remote Meetings Service in the Conference Innovation and Infrastructure Unit, responsible for enabling hybrid meetings in the European Parliament through multilingual remote participation (MRP) and remote simultaneous interpretation.

Lead coordinator in numerous VIP, complex meetings and events with interpretation.

Team leader of the communication team in the Strategy and Innovation Unit.

Advised senior management on communication issues, as well budgetary and political matters.

Created and implemented communication campaigns in the area of internal communication and change management in the DG, best practices for working in multilingual meetings for Members and external speakers, as well promotion of the interpreting among potential students and graduates in support of succession planning.

Chaired and was member of the Inter-institutional Working Group on Awareness Raising and Outreach.

Advised Vice-President of the European Parliament responsible for Eastern Partnership countries and Communication Policy. Represented Vice-President and facilitated contacts with administration of various DGs in the context of the Bureau responsibilities;

• Advised MEP in his capacity of the Chairman of the Polish Delegation in the EPP Group, in particular long-term and short-term monitoring of legislative dossiers in parliamentary committees (WG Group Legal and Home Affairs) as well as preparing and managing plenary voting.
• Advised MEP in his capacity of a Member of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (July 2009 - July 2014) - contributing to legislative work of the MEP through drafting of reports, opinions, political resolutions, amendments, negotiating with other MEPs, political groups and cooperation with committee secretariats. Main areas of interest: border management, migration and mobility policies with the Eastern Neigbourhood countries, data protection.
