• Working as a Pc Software Engineer, as part of the PC Projects/Field department delivering integrated automation solutions (Laser Guided Vehicles), on international projects from beginning to the end : analysis, development, test, installation, commissioning on site and operator's training.

My responsabilities include:

• Analysis, development, testing / debugging, and implementation of the company's standard software : LgvManager.
• LgvManager is a missions (tasks) manager.
• It constantly checks if any resource (Laser Guided Vehicle) is available and if there are any tasks to do.
• Installation and commissioning on field.
• Server and PC setup, software installation, including Virtualized Servers.
• Communication setup with PLC’s (Siemens, Allen Bradley) including machines, palletizers, wrappers, scanners, labellers, conveyors, etc… through KepServerEX.
• Working closely with other Staff including: PLC programmers, Lgv Programmer, and Hardware engineer.
• Customer training on the company’s tools (Client GUI).
• Customer support (Level 2) & troubleshooting (including remote).

Projects completed :

• Baxter (AR - USA), 07-08/2018 : Installation & Commissioning of 2 Laser guided Vehicles for the movement of finished goods from the end of production lines to the buffer area/warehouse.
• Medline (GA - USA) 01-02/2018 : Installation & Commissioning of 3 Laser guided Vehicles (QUAD LGV’S), 4 FANUC Robots Palletizers, 4 conveyors, 2 labellers for the movement of goods to the warehouse.
• Ritrama, Spartanburg SC - USA 08-2017-02/2018 :

Installation & Commissioning of 10 Laser guided Vehicles (6 straddle Lgvs and 4 CB25) for the transport of raw materials and finished products.

• Nestlè (Nunspeet - Netherlands) 11-2016 - 06- 2017

Installation & Commissioning of an automatic warehouse handling system in the infant nutrition factory of Nestle in Nunspeet by means of 2 Laser guided Vehicles for the movement of milk containers.

• Design and development of printing and publishing applications for banks, financial institutions and service companies.
• Responsible for core back-end technology development including analysis, design, coding and testing for :.
• Designed, implemented and maintained PdfParser, a pdf application manager to manipulate pdf files for printing using open source library : itextsharp.
• Developed a web application (ASP.NET Webforms) for efficiency control of all alternative deliveries (search, statistics, infographics).
• Designed, implemented and maintained various data processing applications, being sure output data is following internal layout software specifications.
• Development and maintenance of “SupervisorTool” application for automatic error handling in the production chain and notification by mail to assigned developers for improving quality in the production process.
• Bug fixing & customer support on various projects.
