in 2006 , i became op supervisor for NEC destinations( Rest of the world).
in 2009 , i have been selected in the new team in charge of OPs control Room. as supervisor then as Controller/Coordinator.
in 2013 , i joined the Planning department as Ops resources Planner.
By the arrival of Fedex as new employer , i was in charge of the ops Quality administration , giving support to management in terms of resources planning & Kpi's follow up.
