SoftBCom Berlin was founded in 2015 as a start-up for developing and selling solutions for customer service, primarily in the German market.
Together with my father I am a co-owner with 50%.
The goal was to entering Dach corporate market with contact center and customer service solutions, playing the role of the reseller (2015-2022) and vendor (2022- current). This included further development of the system according to local market demands, winning and retaining the first clients.
During the years I have carried a number of titles, including Prokurist (2015-2018), Geschäftsführer (2018-2020), CFO (2020-2022), CTO / Business Development (2022- current).
My duties included: fundraising, investor relations, partner relations, overseeing financial operations, overseeing marketing and sales.
Rosseti Yug, formerly MRKS Yuga, is the monopolist high-voltage electric grid company operating in 4 southern regions of Russia with approx 13 thousand employees.
I was elected as an independent member by international investors' votes. I maintained the minority shareholders' interests, as well as served on a number of committees, improving overall corporate governance, budgeting, risk aversion and remuneration policies.
Grinberg gallery was a contemporary art gallery in Moscow's prestigious Winzawod cluster, specializing in photography and works on paper. Grinberg agency was documentary photography agency, networking with the world's most renowned agencies like Magnum Photos, Agentur Fokus, Panos Pictures and others, as well as a pool of own authors.
My duties included providing funding and overseeing the process of building of the gallery space. Running shows in the gallery, museums and art fairs. Networking with galleries, press, agencies and institutions around the world. Establishing and streamlining the process of selling licenses and art works.
NCH Advisors is the Russian division of an American investment group investing in emerging markets.
Consecutively, I had the roles of assistant, analyst, Director of research, Director of operations, Director.
Initially I was providing support to research and trading, later becoming the head of research and later fund manager and member of the Investment committee.
During these years, I also served as an independent Member of Boards of Directors and member of committees of regional and interregional telecommunications and electric utility companies (1998-2016), taking part in corporate governance, budgeting and other core activities, as well as proving in-depth view of the internal processes to minority shareholders.
