Language and Communication:

• While managing the East and South regions, English was the primary language of communication.
• Since taking over the North region, the main language of communication has shifted to German.
• The team communicates with me in German; I respond in both English and German.
• My ongoing efforts to learn German have strengthened team cohesion and created a mutual opportunity for language learning.

• Yearly budget planification ( together with Inditex International management and Inditex Germany country manager )
• Monitoring and steering defined area within the focus on sales,profit,KPI´s,customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring stores are following merchandising standarts accordingly.
• Product level,needs control and efficient collaboration with product department from Spain.
• Organization of product transfers between stores.
