Responsibilities:

• Coordination of relations with the European Parliament (EP), with a focus on ENVI/SANT Committees and Plenary.- i.e Preparation of GRI fiches, exchanges and structural dialogues, oral questions, analysis of political groups positions, follow-up replies.
• Establishing good relations with key actors (MEPs, political group advisors, assistants and Committee Secretariats).
• Contact point for the Secretariat General and the EP.
• Coordination, drafting and quality check of briefings (EP plenary, EP Committees, Committees, MEP meetings, and key stakeholders meetings) for the College of Commissioners and Director General.
• Attendance and reporting of above mentioned meetings.
• Writing Communications related to the work of HERA and ensuring that HERA's perspective is well represented in related policies.
• Preparation of HERA's priorities for next mandate.
• Provide strategic advice on inter-institutional relations and decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of relations with the European Parliament (EP), with a focus on ENVI/AGRI/SANT Committees (previously also COVI/BECA/ANIT) and Plenary- i.e Preparation of GRI fiches, exchanges and structural dialogues, oral questions, analysis of political groups positions, follow-up replies.
• Establishing good relations with key actors (MEPs, political group advisors, assistants and Committee Secretariats).
• Contact point for the Secretariat General and the EP.
• Coordination and quality check of briefings (EP plenary, EP Committees, Committees, MEP meetings, ad-hoc meetings) for the College of Commissioners and Director General.
• Attendance of meetings between the Commissioner/ Director General for Health and MEPs.
• Provide advice to Senior Management on issues related to the European Parliament and the Decision-making process.
• Coordination of relations with the Committee of the Regions, European Economic Social Committee and follow-up replies. Establishing and maintaining good relations between institutions (until March 2023).

• Coordination of relations with the European Parliament, with a focus on ENVI/AGRI/PECH Committees, the Committee of the Regions, European Economic Social Committee, National Parliaments, Ombudsman and back-up for Parliamentary Questions.
• Establishing and maintaining good relations between institutions.
• Drafting briefings, articles, and letters in ES, FR and EN for the Commissioner and Director General.
• Attending high-level meetings and reporting back.
• Preparation of the EP hearing of the Commissioner (main briefing of over 180 pages, Q&As and defensives, fact-sheets). - Achievement: the briefing for the hearing was considered by the Secretary General as an example to follow for other DGs.

• Managing of Social Media Accounts.
• Developed and wrote communication material for press releases, website, fact-sheets.
• Organised High-level Events (EU Greenweek).

• Assisted the Director General and his team by drafting articles, briefings, speeches, letters and agendas in ES, EN and FR.
• Prepared communication elements and campaigns for the Circular Economy Unit (i.e Footprint Conference #EnvFootPrint18, #ReadyToChange campaign). - Achievement: received Ombudsman award for the best EU institutions campaign on Single Use Plastics.

• Management and implementation of european cohesion projects as lead partner (Interreg MED: Coworkmed and MADRE): +6 partners from 6 countries.
• Production of deliverables (policy papers, best practices..) in EN, FR and IT.

• Assisting in the implementation of EU, national and regional projects in compliance with the objectives and procedures of the agency and the EU.
