Responsible for strategy development, activity design, budget negotiations, and stakeholder engagement with actors from EU institutions, corporates, academia and civil society.

Leading a team of managers from development to consolidation of programmes of open innovation, business creation and citizen engagement in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, New European Bauhaus, Circular Economy and Female Entrepreneurship.

Collaborate with leading international think tanks and mainstream media including RAI, EuroNews, ISPI, IAI, EuroMeSCo, and the College of Europe.

Conduct research focusing on the geopolitical implications of European policy development, particularly regarding agri-food production and trade, strategic tech & innovation development, and climate alliances - see list of publications in Annex.

Managed EU-funded projects for capacity development of diplomats and civil servants, including tasks such as implementation of activities; monitoring and quality control; relations with partners, experts, beneficiaries, and EU institutions stakeholders.

Responsible for design and implementation of international partnerships for training and education with organizations such as Gulf Cooperation Council, Israeli Council on Higher Education, African Union, Pacific Alliance, Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie.

Contributed to research and teaching on EU decision-making, EU external relations, R&I policy, and international negotiations.
