I found this job through a referral and started as a bartender. After a while, they needed another bartender and I applied and learnt, but my main job was selling drinks. I have a few examples of very expensive drinks that hadn't been sold for two years and I sold them in a month. The manager really liked me because I could sell well giving more 20% more on sales per day on drinks and also knew how to solve problems without stress. At the end of the contract, they wanted to extend my contract, but I didn't want to because I wanted to try out my life in Belgium.

I started in the kitchen in Birmingham city and after 1 month I got the offer to teach in another city in the new shop they were opening. I accepted the offer and moved to Harlow to teach new employees. I left the job only because I was going to Portugal.
