I commenced my professional career as a self-employed individual, operating both locally and internationally. Currently, I am the proprietor of my BV company, Connecting Dots.

In my capacity, I conduct business analyses, feasibility studies, and oversee project follow-ups. Actively engaging with business stakeholders and subject matter experts, I comprehend, identify, analyze, document, and validate their needs. Additionally, I contribute to the development and documentation of both the "as-is" and "to-be" processes, guiding the business toward innovative solutions.

A key aspect of my responsibilities involves identifying opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes. I define business and functional requirements and actively participate, coordinate, and facilitate the testing phase. This comprehensive approach ensures a thorough understanding of business needs and the effective implementation of solutions.

My responsibilities included assessing clients' business situations, conducting need assessments, and improving an organization's existing processes for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and value creation. This involves obtaining commitment, monitoring business situations, and analysing and redesigning existing business processes and departments, including the reorganization of job roles.

My responsibilities included collecting and documenting business requirements, actively participating in requirements definition by challenging business demands, and ensuring the proper maturity of requirements before passing them to the development team. Additionally, you involved the testing team in the requirements phase, either by preparing test scenarios or performing tests yourself. Timely escalation of delivery risks and addressing defects/issues showcased your commitment to project success. Lastly, you supported the smooth transition from application project to maintenance by thoroughly documenting the applications.

I developed a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conducted research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arranged business meetings with prospective clients.

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Prepared sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Kept records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provided trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Built long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Developed entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

In my role with the USDA, I served as an external consultant for Business Analysis, Capacity Building, and Change Management in the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock. I responded to stakeholders' and donors' recommendations, assisting IA in achieving its objectives with a systematic approach to evaluate and structure changes for smooth implementation and lasting benefits. My focus extended to the wider impacts of change on individuals and teams, emphasizing the transition from the current situation to the new one.

Deloitte is an international platform. I worked with multinational colleagues from worldwide with different capacities, cultures, educational, and experience backgrounds.


In my role as a process introducer, business analyst, developer, and implementer with Deloitte, I created processes for various activities and programs, ensuring efficient execution. I trained thirty-six trainers in financial management and supervised their activities. I successfully managed collaboration among stakeholders, playing a crucial role in the process.

Working at PwC provided me with exposure to an international platform, where I collaborated with experienced international auditors. During this time, I acquired skills in process risk planning, audit action planning, conducting audits, report writing, and presenting and discussing conclusions. Additionally, I gained expertise in process management and risk management.
