Project 1: Campaign Management Solution in SAS

Client : Largest Central European Bank in Belgium

• Designed a campaign management solution in SAS 9.4 based on Customer requirement and implemented them by following the Customer Policies and integrate with Customer Database and other internal applications and external business applications of the Bank by coordinating with SAS Tech.
• Maintained full lifecycle of RHEL servers - by doing regular patch activity and maintaining servers with no critical vulnerabilities based and aligning best practices recommendation from the Bank infra team , SAS 94 installation and administration of SAS CI360 tenant .
• Upgrade from SAS 94 M6 to SAS 94 M7 on RHEL 7.0
• Architecting SAS 94 CI360 solution using SAS94 M8 on Customer's RHEL 9 Nodes with respect to node planning , sizing , all other infra requirements for SAS platform .
• Complete Automation in Ansible for Installing & configuring and most of the SAS platform run activities in SAS 94 M8 on RHEL 9.
• SAS CI360 Direct Agent configuration for SAS 94 M8 on RHEL 9.
• Migration of SAS Contents from SAS 94 M7 to SAS 94 M8.
• Migration of CI360 – Direct solution from Netezza to Oracle.
• SAS 94 Platform Administration – Hotfixes, License Renewal , SAS JRE upgrade, Security Update, SSL Certificate renewal ,Daily house keeping, Monitoring the SAS Jobs and Workspaces , Access Management , Metadata security Migration and upgrades of the platform , SAS/ACCESS configuration for Data Accessibility, SAS Client Maintenance.
• Developing utility SAS macros to help team in regular run operation of the platform and to help user in their ay to day activities .
• Maintaining and improving SAS Batch process through UAC scheduler.
• Documenting the steps for implementation and maintenance of the Run operation for the SAS platform.
• Resolving the incidents and documenting the incident resolution steps and providing updates to management.
• Coordinating between IT and Business by ensuring efficient delivery of the project.
• Coordinating between onshore and offshore team and ensuring smooth deliverables based on Agile practices.
• Performing Operational activities like Onboarding , BIA , TIA , DRA , Risk Journey and resolving pentest findings.

Project2 : SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence platform

Client : Largest Central European Bank in Belgium

• Involving in a Project Kickoff meeting with customer(IT & Business ) and SAS Support to gather requirement.
• Design and Plan a SAS BI platform for Banking Business Intelligence operation for different countries and department usage in a Single SAS platform on Private Network.
• Planning of the Architecture getting it reviewed and approved from Architecture Board.
• Implementation Plan and ordering the servers , ordering SAS License .
• Making infrastructure readiness for SAS Installation and configuration including data connectivity.
• SAS Install and configuration using the Azure Devops Pipeline.
• SAS Platform Run operations including Hotfix , License renewal , Security upgrade , JRE update , SSL certificate renewal , platform upgrade , App server creation and workspace planning , making new data source connection , management of user and SAS contents.
• Incident resolution and documentation.
• Monthly alignment with Client Management and SAS Tech support .
• Involving in regular client meeting to share an updates and incidents worked on.

Project 3: POC - SAS platform Modernization for Analytics

Client : Biggest Central European Bank , Belgium

• Assessment of SAS 94 and SAS VIYA 3.5 platform to transition to VIYA 4 on GCP .
• Reviewing the Assessment report with SAS Tech Support , collaboration with Customer Team ( IT & Business ) for license planning for VIYA.
• Planning the solution Architecture with Bank Enterprise Architects and planning the deployment strategies in collaboration with SAS and Deployment team .
• Workload planning , sizing , choosing effective service in GCP infra and integration planning based on customer Business Requirement.
• Provisioning the GCP infrastructure , Deployment of SAS VIYA on GKE using SAS github project and customizing as per customer needs using Azure DevOPS.
• Testing the different workload to plan the run time
• Authentication (SAML ) and Authorization (SCIM ) setup
• Logging and Monitoring setup using the SAS github project .

Project : GSAS GS2 & WINSAS

Client: US based Lifescience Customer

GxP System.

• GSAS GS2 is SAS Grid architecture setup in Linux environment. This platform consists of a clustered metadata server, high availability horizontal/vertical clustered Web tier servers and 10 LSF Grid nodes. Epidemiology and Biometrics department SAS users run around 10k Jobs on a daily basis for Clinical data analysis.

• SAS Analytical platform is Grid architecture setup in Linux environment. This platform consists of a clustered metadata server, high availability horizontal/vertical clustered Web tier servers and 13 LSF Grid nodes. It is one of the most complex environments which consist of 3k plus users and around 20k jobs are being run on the platform on a daily basis for clinical data analysis with Medidata RAVE.

• Business compliance team has been maintaining its employee data on their internal training and certification activity track of their 3lakh + employees since 40 years which includes both historical and current data in oracle database which need to be fetched from redshift database going forward due to ODS decommission.
