- Defined and validated new features for SAP 4/HANA Logistics flows, ensuring seamless deployment and enhancing user experience with SAP Fiori within 12 months.
- Led the SUMMA Logistics tracking tools requirement definition, more than a hundred Unitech PA768 devices ordering, commissioning and deployment to users, as well as tracker application test and deployment.
- Provided training on the SAP 4/HANA Logistics module for more than 100 new users, using SAP Fiori launchpad, allowing them to efficiently fulfill their task with the new corporate tool.
- Provided level 2 user support for SAP 4/HANA Logistics users, featuring SAP Fiori launchpad, using the corporate ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira).
