Role description :


  • Application head for Planon (IWMS tool) , Responsible for development , implementation, roll outs and operational (BAU) part of system.
  • Manage team of internal developers, testers , business analyst within IWMS COE.

Functional description :


  • Apply scrum principles for product development using Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, user stories, epics and releases in 3 weekly sprint cycle.
  • Use ServiceNow to manage operational incidents and requests and also raise change requests, service requests during releases, downtime and for monitoring alerts
  • Prepare LLD documents, work with architecture teams for AB and ARM approvals during new requirements and replacement of legacy tools.
