Management of electrical projects in the tertiary sector.

· Coordination of activities, resources and information with the various stakeholders in order to deliver projects in line with quality, deadline and cost forecasts.

· Monitoring the smooth running of each stage, documentation and regular communication on the progress of the project.

· Coordinating follow-up and progress meetings with the teams involved.

· Rigorous budget monitoring to ensure optimal use of the financial resources allocated to projects.

· Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in project management methods, tools and processes.

• Work in the traction substation: checking that electrical equipment is working properly and maintaining it, while taking care to ensure my own safety and that of my colleagues (70kV voltage).

• Final year project on the design, production and implementation of an automation board for a 3000kV DC line circuit breaker.

• Subcontracting work: Cable pulling, replacement of electrical cabinets, replacement and repair of motors/pumps.
