Currently, I am focusing on analog IC wafer testing and working on Design for Testability (DFT) methodologies. This role has allowing me to deepen my understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and refine my skills in testing and validation. The purpose is to extend an existing mechanism of defining analog IC wafer tests. Based on this mechanism, the necessary generic (python) scripts must be created or extended to generate multiple executable description, such as:
System-verilog simulation testbench.
ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) digital patterns that can be applied on silicon.
Validation bench python scripts to allow replay the sequence on silicon.
Worked on the different Projects of google, Specially on the google applications like ‘Google Maps’ and development of different Algorithms, Which is used in the Artificial Intelligence.
