Summary

With a strong commitment to excellence and a focus on teamwork, I bring over 23 years of experience from my service as a Rating in the Royal Navy. I have consistently strived to achieve outstanding results in all of my operations and now believe it is time to pursue new opportunities outside of the Royal Navy, leveraging the skills and experience I have acquired in the commercial sector. Currently, I am employed at COMSUBNATO within HQ MARCOM where I support in the coordination and implementation of NATO's two major ASW exercises. Prior to this role, I served as Chief Petty Officer Technical Support Manager aboard HMS AMBUSH, where I led a team responsible for overseeing all above-water sensors and their operations during an extended sea deployment. Upon returning to port, I managed the department during a challenging period amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. In previous training roles at FOST, I provided guidance and mentorship on the effective utilisation of above-water sensors to ensure the workforce met and exceeded operational and training requirements.
