- Manage the logistics of diamond sourcing, including procurement, transportation, and inhouse inventory
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sourcing standards.
- Work closely with suppliers and partners to maintain quality and timeliness.
3. Process Optimization:
- Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitoring process for continues improvement
4. Quality Control:
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards for all diamonds.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Handle customer centric quality demands as per the customer requirements
5. Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all transactions and processes comply with legal and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all operations, including purchase orders, shipment documents, and compliance certificates.

1. Online Store Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the website
- Check up on more than 7 online platforms
