Volunteer in Youth in Action IMM - Bucharest, Romania (11/01/22 - Present)

Youth in Action IMM (YAIMM) is a student organization that operates in Bucharest and has as its goal socio-professional and socio-economic integration, the development of students' skills and competencies by participating in local, national, European projects and activities through the Erasmus+ Program and other funding lines. I am part of the activities department and on a weekly basis I organize various events to ensure the students' well-being (game nights, movie nights, parties, and social events). I offer my support as well in academic events for students and future students interested in our university such as job fairs and simulation sessions for college admission. Volunteer, A. S POLI, Bucharest, Romania, 11/01/22, Present, The Student Association of the Politehnica University of Bucharest (A. S POLI) is the largest student association of the Politehnica University of Bucharest, with a 15-year history and members belonging to all UPB faculties. AS POLI carries out projects that address university students and that contribute both to their personal development and to the creation of a solid student community. I am a member of the logistics team and I take care of the smooth running of the events organized by the association on behalf of the Politehnica University of Bucharest. I must make sure that the participants in the events have good conditions for carrying out their activities, suitable means and tools and good services. I deal directly with the provision and organization of the furniture in the halls, I offer support to all the companies collaborating with the university that promote their career options among students, and I make sure that the participants in the events are well informed about the activities.
