• Develop risk analyses for technical facilities (gas, chilled water, pressurized steam, compressed air, HVAC and electrical).
• Prepare energy identification sheets and LOTO procedures for technical facilities.
• Perform inspections for all technical facilities and prepare action plans for deviations, then monitor progress of actions in collaboration with the responsible.
• Organize awareness sessions for maintenance teams and contractors.
• Provide weekly communications for the technical department in the form of EHS flashs.

• Develop risk assessments for all site processes and facilities.
• Pilot the installation project of the site machines according to the machine directive 2006/42/CE.
• Monitor the site’s regulatory compliance.
• Organize and facilitate safety sensitizations and training sessions on the site.
• Supervise internal inspections and audits as directed by the group, and develop action plans to address gaps and non-conformities.
• Coordinate the ISO 45001 safety management system blank audits.
• Participate in maintaining ISO 45001 certification.
• Ensure proper operation of fire protection system (fire detection system, gas extinguishing system, sprinkler system).
• Manage the annual action plan.
• Manage the site environmental plan.

• Supervise environmental management: waste sorting, energy consumption reduction and monitoring of polluting emissions.

• Implement a system of checking project equipment through checklists to ensure compliance.

• Facilitate awareness-raising for all project contractors.
• Provide security inductions for new recruits and visitors to the
