• Drive innovation to keep the product competitive and relevant
• Manage prioritization, delivery and release with all stakeholders

• Ensure coordination between customers, CS and product teams
• Manage strategic customer requests and commitments
• Define and implement the new release process, including the internal roll out strategy to secure change management

• Manage a large scale of customers (90-100) ensuring onboarding, adoption, upsells, retention and overall success
• Run quarterly reviews with metrics analysis and best practices sharing on engagement strategies to maximise the benefits of their product utilization and prevent churn

• Develop templates and automate effective support policies to manage high volume of tickets during a crisis period

• Develop the QUO subsidiary covering Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, managing a multicultural team of 6
• Handle multi-project management & delivery

• Define the on/offline communication strategy for six hotels in Vietnam and Cambodia
• In charge of all the marketing tools & public/press relations

Organise monthly events for the French community in Vietnam

Manage the new website, quarterly magazine, directory

Develop business services dedicated to members

• Assist in the management of large nuclear plant construction projects in China and Russia (above 60M€) with a focus on the transfer of technology
