Designed and developed the GS1 MO Development Programme to support the GS1 Member Organisations (MOs) in developing their competencies to grow their business.

• Developed an online web-based GS1 MO Maturity Model platform to enable GS1 MOs to assess and develop their capabilities while getting support for their engagement activities.
• Established strong relationships with MOs and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships

GS1 Regional Forums coordinator

• Support the regions by building a strong program and value position to build awareness of GS1 in the hosting MO and the region.
• Support and advise local hosting MO in their reach to their local authorities and stakeholders to invite them to 'discover' GS1 and create partnerships and relations, a great example prime Minister of Mauritius and many officials in other regions
• Organising training and workshops requested by the regions
• Foster collaboration, MOs to MOs by inviting leading MOs CEOs to share their insight, perspective and strategy with their peers to drive GS1 organisational success jointly as one cohesive GS1 organisation.

Launched and led the GS1 Global Training Network covering 80 GS1 MOs to step change our training offer and to deliver best-in-class Educational Programs and Capacity Building.

• Developed and implemented training programs for Healthcare, UDI, GS1 standards in Healthcare, Hospitals ..etc, material translated into many languages by our MOs

GS1 Engagement in Rail

• Developed and led the marketing program to support the adoption of GS1 standards in Rail, including value proposition development, testimonials, and videos, in partnership with the rail industry.
• Contributed with rail-leading MOs and industry to develop the rail application standard rules using the GS1 keys and attributes to identify and mark components and parts in the rail industry.

GS1 Engagement in Transport & Logistics

• Developed and led the Marketing Plan Framework to support MOs in developing their Marketing plan and increase membership.
• Developed a reference book with 18 success stories on the use of GS1 standards in T&L and Customs

Collaboration with the European Commission and freight transport stakeholders: eFreight project, co-funded by the EU Commission and Freight transport stakeholders to support EU transport policy.

GS1 standards in Customs

• Developed Value proposition and MO engagement kit for GS1 in customs
• Collaborated closely with customs stakeholders and enabled joined events that led to the invitation of the Customs Secretary General Dr. Kunio Mikuriya to the GS1 Global Forum.

GS1 Order to Cash Project lead

• Developed and led the GS1 Order to Cash Deployment Kit with 14 MOs, a set of turnkey materials to support MOs deploy GS1 EDI standards for Order, Deliver and Pay, Order to Cash business process.

Partnerships with key standards associations

GS1 and UN/CEFACT

• Developed communication materials to showcase the importance of GS1 in building strategic relations with key industry standards organisations within the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business UNCEFACT

GS1 Partnership with ISO

• Developed communication tools, brochures and presentations on GS1 engagement in ISO working groups and to demonstrate the ISO application standards, which refer to GS1 standards: GS1-and-ISO-06BD.pdf

GS1 EDI

• Developed and contributed to the name change to GS1 EDI and created a set of case studies on using GS1 EDI standards in different sectors.

GS1 DataBar

• Developed the communication campaign to support the GS1 Databar adoption rollout

GS1 Name Change and Branding

• Contributed and coordinated the first GS1 task force, which led to the GS1 name change.
• Coordinated and led the global rollout of the GS1 Branding guidelines, strengthening our Name and Identity as One GS1.

GEPIR project lead

• As part of the MO GEPIR repository group, we created a set of materials and training for MOs to implement GEPIR locally and join the network.

GS1 Global Website

• Created the GS1 website and communication material to educate people on GS1 standards and fundamentals.

• Worked in the Reseach & Development department at HDMP, Health Data Management Partners (HDMP), a leading company in Electronic Medical Record, HealthOne.
• Project Manager , developing and testing a medical software for GP's, specialists and business doctors. that keeps track of patient data.
