• Configuring CPE, PE routers and firewalls to deliver different customers services
• Providing support and training to field engineers as well as training for non-technical people
• Involved in various mid/large-sized projects as technical lead
• Providing synthetized and full documentation about internal procedures and delivered customer services

First and significant experience in an ISP environment as member of Delivery Team. Delivering smalls but full MPLS setup to customers, including firewalls, voice system (3CX), VMs and

L2 circuits. Also delivering training to customers and LVL2 tech support.

Worked as LVL 1/2 support, assisting in several projects such as improving the monitoring system, documentation, and firewall migration project from Palo Alto to Check Point.

First relevant experience : 4-month intership as network administrator : drawing live networks diagrams, implementing 802.1X solution, configuring HP ProCurve switches and Ruckus wireless systems.
