Familiar with preparing daily Production Reports, Permit To Work and Isolation Registers, Short and Long Term Isolations Register, monitor Fire and Gas system, Override Check Lists, Preparing Production (Oil, Water and gas) Charts (Daily, Monthly and Cumulative) etc. and contributed a lot on safety program (STOP program).
• Preparing Work Order (WO) Request for the equipment to be repaired, Preparing Permits, Risk Assessments, Tool Box Talk, Process and Mechanical Isolation Certificates and recording all for future reference.
• Effectively Coordinating with the Production operators, Lead Production Technician and ensuring smooth operation of Plant and Equipment at all time. Assist Production Superintendent for all Modifications and Work to be carried out in the Plant and reporting all Deficiencies and Malfunctioning of Equipment to immediately.

• Monitor and undertake the correct operation of all process, plant and equipment's, example: Turret, Gas Turbines, Three Phase Separators, Water Injection System, Gas Injections System, Sand Removal Units, Reverse Osmosis Units, Sulphate Removal Systems, Multistage Centrifugal and Reciprocating Pumps, Produced Water System, Oil De-salter, Dehydration Columns, Hydro-Cyclones, De-Chlorination Units, De-aeration Column, Vacuum Systems, Chemical Dosing Systems, Piggling Systems, etc.
