• Responsible for opening/closing of the restaurant, stock management
• Providing efficient service, anticipating customers’ needs, cash intake and reconciliation
• Management of the guest house bookings, client welcome service, check-in/check-out

• Responsible for all garnishes for main courses, pastas, soups.
• Ensuring freshness of food and ingredients by quality checks
• Ensuring proper event set-up, food preparation, kitchen clean-up and proper shut-down
• Training of new employees, supervising/managing kitchen staff (6 people)

• Preparing cold dishes, salads, desserts and maintaining health code standards
