  • Develop the implementation plan of the assessed domains.
  • Assist in compliance incident management (Speak Up, NIS-2, DORA,…) and related reporting ;
  • Monitor industry best practices and evolving regulatory landscapes and continuously improve compliance processes based on lessons learned and changing requirements ;
  • Support business initiatives highlighting non-compliance risks ;
  • Compliance project management (develop project plans, timelines, and milestones and coordinate resources and teams to ensure successful project execution) ;
  • Establish a monitoring system to track compliance with policies and regulations.
