- To ensure that all tests are performed according to the standards and procedures used by Ansell Laboratories and ensure accurate tests results.

- Filtering, cleaning, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data based on ongoing projects in R&D such as Inteliforz motion series and connected technologies

- Developing new ideas for R&D with IoT using PatSnap

- Responsible for issuing the test report and ensuring that statistical tools (MiniTab, JMP Pro) are used to understand and interpret test results.

- ISO/IEC17025 for Testing and calibration Laboratories

- Create test request forms and work instructions for every Test method.

- Responsible for sending samples to internal and external testing laboratories and to order laboratory supplies and test materials.

- In charge of registering minerals and analyzing samples to determine the mineral content (Tin, Colten).

- Storage of the minerals before export in lots of 2500 tons to Malaysia

Supervision of numerous databases to follow the entire inventory of the company

- Obtaining documents, Authorization, Certificates, and validation from local and state agencies.

Provide an exceptional level of service to each customer by addressing concerns and providing answers.

- Support the business in improving operations and resolving issue to provide unparalleled customer service.

- Analysis and presentation of data relating to road accidents claims and damages from wild animals using Microsoft Excel.

- In cooperation with consultants, improving the existing Excel by combining with software integrating claims management and accounting.

- Preparing quarterly reports on SGF core activities.

- Designing and analyzing customer satisfaction survey

- Advisory on appropriate data collection methods to help SGF have timely and accurate data
