In my role as a Food Inspector, I carried out extensive food safety audits across a wide range of sectors, including raw milk processing, olive oil, eggs, meat, and bakery production. I was an active member of the national RASFF (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed) team and held responsibilities as the export coordinator for fresh fruits and vegetables. With certified training in HACCP, I conducted official audits on food safety and quality systems in both domestic and internationally operating food businesses on behalf of the government. Additionally, I led awareness-raising trainings on food hygiene and safety, addressing both industry personnel and school-age students.
