The organization has three main locations: the Netherlands office and stockyard, Rumst stockyard, and Boom office, stockyard, and warehouses. Managing the facility requirements for all these locations involves maintenance, renovation, improvement, and upgrading facility systems to meet the latest business requirements.

Responsible for all operational activities of the organization, including inbound and outbound processes, maintenance of returned materials, inventory and material management, yard activities, yearly stocktaking, and yard KPIs (Tn/Mhr, Utilization, Tpt, LT). All activities falling under the scope of supply chain management of the organization can be defined within position’s responsibility area

Customer Service

"The Customer Service department of our organization is primarily responsible for order management, invoicing, handling delivery and return requests, managing project closures, addressing customer complaints, and facilitating coordination between sales, operations, and technical departments. It is my main responsibility to oversee and steer all activities within the department.

Scope of Work

• Manage international sales and operations teams.

• Develop, create, and manage strategic partnerships and distributorships.

• Support and coach distributors and partners regarding warehouse establishment and related management activities.

• Manage material planning and processes between manufacturing facilities and distributors/branches.

• Make critical business decisions and negotiate with large clients.

• Oversee foreign trade and overseas logistic activities to ensure timely material supply for projects.

• Lead foreign market research, identify international business opportunities, develop high-value sales initiatives, and coordinate market requirements with international distributors/partners.

• Manage centralized distribution activities between branches and distributors.

Scope of Work

Planning:

• Prepare annual material procurement forecast planning in coordination with the sales department.

• Define and manage yearly transportation costs and customs-tax budget based on forecast planning.

• Share yearly material movement data of stock items to support forecast planning of the sales department.

Procurement:

• Prepare annual procurement and operational cost budgets and submit them to the General Manager.

• Manage material procurement from the factory to Middle East branches.

• Oversee local procurement activities related to company administrative functions.

• Handle procurement of formwork and scaffolding accessories (wedges, corner shoes, tie-rods, tie rod washers, panel locks, tube and fittings).

• Coordinate procurement of HT20 Timber Beams.

• Manage procurement of accessories and kits for formwork and scaffolding damage repair (plywood repair kits, etc.).

Warehouse:

• Manage warehouse and stock activities for new, second-hand, and refurbished materials.

• Oversee receiving procedures for rental and buyback-return materials.

• Coordinate repair, refurbishment, and scrap elimination activities.

• Develop Material Rental Return or/and Material Buyback Return forms and share them with the sales department.

• Supervise inspection of material return operations according to specified criteria and inform sales and finance departments about results.

• Define and control minimum and maximum stock levels for each item.

• Manage maintenance and repair contracts for stockyard machines.

• Enhance ERP program and ensure all stock movements are available for the design and sales departments.

• Plan warehouse layout design for effective loading, unloading, return inspection, and material movement.

• Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and regulations.

Transportation:

• Control transportation costs.

• Evaluate and negotiate frame agreements with local transportation companies.

• Inform the sales team about possible delivery schedules. • Manage and monitor transportation operations and documentation from the warehouse to the project site according to the sales department's schedule.

Foreign Trade:

• Organize and manage logistic and foreign trade operations for procured materials from the factory and other suppliers.

• Implement and coordinate 'Letter of Credit' applications with banks and the finance department.

• Evaluate the performance of overseas forwarder companies.

• Monitor trends in overseas transportation costs and plan transportation activities accordingly.

• Plan and coordinate goods clearance operations with custom clearance agencies.

Scope of work

• Coordinate with the factory to plan effective procurement for manufacturing activities.

• Perform and oversee all procurement activities for formwork and scaffolding manufacturing goods, including raw and semi-finished materials such as steel sheet, I-H-U profiles, box profiles, tubes, conical anchors, panels, etc. • Procure formwork and scaffolding supportive components and accessories, including Timber Beams, tie rods, tie rod washers, waterstops, embedded anchors, etc. • Manage export and import operations through customs clearance agencies.

• Handle foreign trade documentation and approvals with local authorities for export and import operations.

• Obtain quotations from international forwarders.

• Daily monitor, record, and report raw material prices to management.

• Organize and oversee the delivery of procured materials from suppliers to the factory.

• Maintain procurement and foreign trade documents and record all activities in the system.

• Communicate with the logistic departments of overseas clients to coordinate material shipments and documents. • Prepare documents in accordance with the letter of credit and submit them to the bank.
