Planning:

• Prepare annual material procurement forecast planning in coordination with the sales department.

• Define and manage yearly transportation costs and customs-tax budget based on forecast planning.

• Share yearly material movement data of stock items to support forecast planning of the sales department.

Procurement:

• Prepare annual procurement and operational cost budgets and submit them to the General Manager.

• Manage material procurement from the factory to Middle East branches.

• Oversee local procurement activities related to company administrative functions.

• Handle procurement of formwork and scaffolding accessories (wedges, corner shoes, tie-rods, tie rod washers, panel locks, tube and fittings).

• Coordinate procurement of HT20 Timber Beams.

• Manage procurement of accessories and kits for formwork and scaffolding damage repair (plywood repair kits, etc.).
