Liaise with experts and project partners to construct and implement pilot courses;

Support development of Belgian Ploutos network;

Support EMN team in management of project, networking activities and identification of partners;

Support EMN team in reporting of project; Translate (from English into French) parts of curricula;

Support organisation of Business Language and Financial Literacy courses and of other project related events;

Literature review on UNIDO's PCP framework and the PCP Senegal (project documents, activity reports, quarterly, annual reports, etc.);

Preparation of data analysis for the inception report and in-country field mission(s);

Liaison with the Evaluation Team Leader, program, and project staff;

Carry out evaluation field mission(s) in coordination with the evaluation team leader and members; Interviews with UNIDO field staff and national stakeholders;

Contribute to the debriefing of national stakeholders in Senegal (in coordination with evaluation Team Leader);

Providing inputs to the draft evaluation report; Prepare assigned sections of the evaluation report, and other tasks as required.

Efficient management of all customers;

Supervision of the work of Back Office agents; Operational planning of activities;

Systematic control of all loan contracts;

Disbursement of credits granted in the CBS Delta; Control and validation of accounting documents;

Delta anomalies management in conjunction with MOA and DTB SGSN

• Processing of account openings and KYC;
• Processing of credit files;
• Processing of tasks related to credit monitoring;
• Processing of administrative tasks related to the collection;

Literature review of available documentation (project documents, activity reports, quarterly, annual reports, etc.);

Definition of research methodology;

Data collection at national stakeholders, with donors and organizations represented in Senegal and Burkina Faso;

Prepare assigned sections of final report

Accompany the management of the project in their work of information and raising awareness of the various target public of the project the beneficiaries, the local authorities, the local authorities, and the other not profitable members of the community;

Make sure that messages spread to the various target public are exhaustive, clear, precise, and culturally adapted;

In dialogue with the Project manager, propose and implement any measure, any evolution appropriate to improve the performance of the project; Inform the Project manager of the current activities, the difficulties, and the perspectives
