I have worked for 2 years as a waiter during the breakfast service and preparation of the conference rooms. During this time i have learned how to manage a team of 5 to 12 people with all the daily tasks during breakfast. I was responsible for keeping inventory (FIFO), ordering food supplies and maintaning quality during breakfast service.

Topping and baking pizzas, mise-en-place, kitchen help. Maintained clean working areas and cooking surfaces.

General cleaning of the public area inside the hotel during the night shift.

Assisting the chef with the preparation of the dishes, mise-en-place and cleaning of the kitchen.

Picking and storage of mushrooms.

Bending and welding metal bars with machinary.
