● Troubleshooting issues with their Fixed Wireless and NBN Broadband Services.

● Proficiency with NBN access Technologies (FTTC, FTTN, FTTP , FTTB, Wireless & HFC).

● Working with various systems and tools such as Salesforce (Console), Natama, CAT (Customer Advisory Tool), BAT (Broadband Assurance Tool), Capture, Siebel and Modini.

● Performing various tests including diagnostic test, line state test and ping test and filing incident progress and notifying the account holders about impending changes and possible service outages.

● Prompt escalation of cases if required by accurately logging and recording all relevant information regarding them.

● Effectively established and maintained communication with vendors and suppliers, handling price negotiations, procurement correspondence, and ongoing maintenance to ensure seamless operations.

● Working on cost analysis, efficient procurement strategy as well as its development and implementation.

● Proficiency with active directory and ticketing system via ‘Manage Engine’.

● Uphold the records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

● Collaborating with automation developers as well as application development team involving software testing to ensure the flawless functioning of the purchasing and procurement system.

● Creating a website with an online payment gateway and developing a push notification system.

● Utilising SQL server as database.

● Finishing realistic project with actual gas meter and other relevant hardware.

● Preparing final documentation and presentation of the whole project with detailed description of the process from the beginning (research stage) to its initiation along with leading the team as well as organising regular client meetings with the company representative providing detailed updates on the project’s progress.
