I worked with Google DeepMindʼs Deep Generative Models for Radar (DGMR) for weather nowcasting. My role involved developing a Python plugin to integrate DGMR into pySTEPS, an open‑source Python framework widely used for short‑term, ensemble‑based probabilistic nowcasting of radar precipitation fields. This project allowed me to contribute to an innovative tool that enhances meteorological forecasting capabilities through machine learning.

  • Hospital Project: Worked on a course project where we must apply non‑rigid registration on a breast MRI dataset. This helps in monitoring the evolution of breast cancer disease.
  • Techniques in Artificial Intelligence: Worked on a course project where we are asked to apply machine learning on breast cancer data for detecting breast cancer from images.
  • Statistical foundations of Machine Learning: This course gave a deep insight into the theoretical aspect of machine learning. Had a deep knowledge of some machine learning algorithms such as Perceptron, Support Vector Machine (SVM). Moreover, a clear understanding of the Machine learning concepts such as overfitting and underfitting. At the end, we had to work on a project where we had to apply this machine learning algorithm to synthetic data to explain how they work properly.
