• To be responsible for the administrative and financial management of concert production and the venues allocated, to manage the logistics of the concerts and to be the contact person within and outside the venue for these concerts in order to ensure that they take place under optimum conditions.
• Collaborated with other leaders and executives to direct workflow and support operations.
• Planning of rehearsals and events, the engagement of artists, ensembles, the organisation of travel and accommodation, taking care of artists as well as in the cultivation of relationships with international cultural institutions, artists, and their agencies.

- assisting the project managers (making schedules, hiring material, etc.)
- preparing quotes and invoices for venue hire department
- planning events in planning software (Yesplan)
- creating reports around the Yesplan planning software to keep it up to date
- ensuring partnership between the Brakke Grond and Thalys
- being the point of contact (production) for events
- managing the technical/hospitality rider
- setting up an event together with stakeholders
- managing dressing rooms, catering and accommodation
