• I am in charge of making jewelry from start to finish. From design concept to CAD, to 3D printing, casting, cleaning, polishing, and stone setting.

• I am the production manager, and all pieces of jewelry that we deliver, I thoroughly look over to make sure they meet the highest standards of quality possible.

• I am also in charge of ensuring that everything runs smoothly with my team/colleagues, I believe that being transparent with my colleagues is crucial to having a healthy business relationship.

• I am behind the bench most of the time, but when it is required for me to do other tasks I have the skills and knowledge to do so.

• Contributed to the company's reputation for excellence in stone setting by consistently delivering top-notch craftsmanship.

• Maintained a safe working environment through adherence to safety protocols and proper use of equipment.

I design and make my own jewelry as well. I work from home, and over the years I slowly started buying equipment and learning all different aspects of the craft. I set stones under a microscope, handmake jewelry, and use CAD to create my designs. I believe that there are two kinds of jewelry. Jewelry that's a product and jewelry that's an art. I am obsessed with the jewelry that takes time and thought to develop and is not rushed and that is truly unique to anything else, to me that is an art and what I love most!
