My experience of 5 years with Thalys has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of the business, its vision and values, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the ongoing success of the new Eurostar brand.
Today, to help our customers, I work closely with various departments, including communications, marketing and operations teams, which has given me a global perspective of the company.
On a daily basis, I identify relevant information and synthesize it, already applying the principles of bold honest caring, to help our customers, in three of the four Thalys languages.
