  • Company Overview: Pioneering founding member of Unifiber, a key player in launching and growing a dark fiber network connecting 600,000 households across Wallonia.
  • In charge of a yearly budget of 7Mio€ (4,3Mio€ OPEX and 2,7Mio€ CAPEX) and overseeing with the management team a total deployment budget of ~400Mio€ for the first phase of the project.
  • Actively contributed to structuring the company and defining the commercial strategy as part of the executive team.
