• Write deviation in Trackwise,
• Analyse the root cause in Batchrecords, logbook, with Gemba in the flow, interview of operators
• Define actions to prevent the recurrence of deviations with the team leader/production coordinator
• Raise awareness of good practices among operators
• Sensibilise operators on the good practices,
• Update procedure and forms
