• In 2023, Kristaps Bergs has been nominated for the prestigious "Kilograms Kulturas" prize for his outstanding performance of W. Lutoslawski's concerto
• In 2022/23 season, Kristaps showcased his musicality by performing the concertos of R. Schumann, J. Medins, W. Lutoslawski and E. Medskaite with Brussels Philharmonic(I. Volkov), Latvian National Symphony Orchestra(A. Rubikis, K. Poska), National Orchestra of Bretagne, France ( E. Pehk) and Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra (M. Pitrenas)
• In 2022, the renowned latvian composer Arturs Maskats dedicated his second cello concerto to Kristaps
• 2022 Kristaps gave a Masterclass for Department of Music Studies at Rennes, France
• Kristaps Bergs as part of "Trio Fabel" has collaborated extensively with contemporary composers like P, Vasks, G. Pelecis, A. Dzenitis, K. Auznieks etc.
• Collaborated and performed as soloist and chamber musician with renowned artists such as Andris Nelsons, M. Emelyanychev, H. Schiff, N. Prischepenko, P. Vasks, G. Sollima, H. Lachenmann, R. Latzko, C. Altenburger and etc.
• Performed at prestigious music venues worldwide, including Carnegie Hall in New York, W. Disney Hall in Los Angeles, Vienna Musikverein, Vienna Konzerthaus, Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall in London, and Suntory Hall in Tokyo, etc.
• Kristaps has won numerous national and international competitions, including the Johannes Brahms (2008), Carl Davidov (2006), and A. Dombrovsky (2005) competitions. He has also received prizes from the Latvian Ministry of Culture for promoting Latvian music culture.
