• Deliver strategic HR support to functional leaders and management teams across various departments like innovation, finance, IT, and HR
• Translate the HR strategy to the functional context
• Collaborate with COE's to enhance support for people processes such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and talent management.
• Head the regional DEI council, overseeing successful execution of the regional DEI strategy

• Overall HR management of the corporate Brussels and Lux office (+/- 150 employees)
• Translation of global HR strategy and people processes to local needs and context
• Development, implementation and communication of local HR policies
• Responsible for Belgian and Lux payroll
• Active member of local Health & Safety committee
• HR business partner support to functional leaders and their teams

• Management of rewards projects
• Lead implementation of Workday rewards modules
• Management and optimization of global and local rewards processes
• Management of international mobility cases

• Management of a client portfolio of 20 + clients
