● Analyzing the ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) to see what stock being received are new
lines.
● Accepting a delivery by confirming the amount of totes and consignment numbers match the quantity and consignments on the bill of lading.
● Comparing the ASN to the bill of lading to see if there was any discrepancies in what has
been received.
● Examining the totes for signs of damage including leaks, tears and broken seal.
● If seal is broken- ensuring that all stock invoiced for that particular tote has been received.
● Notifying the delivery helpline of any missing totes/stock to ensure it is received in our next
delivery.
● Carrying stock through the stock lift quickly and efficiently.
● Being responsible for all stock and holding a stock room key.
● Processing delivery- Stripping all packaging, tagging stock, working high priority and fast
selling items first.
● Working high speed whilst being the only one on this section- meaning all jobs are my responsibility.
● Keeping stock room presentable and easily accessible for both me and my colleagues.
