Production Operator:

• Primarily responsible is to ensure the correct amount of product is placed in the correct packaging by using a filling machine.
• Clean and tidy the work area.
• Supply the workstation with materials.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in the workplace, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• Set up the filling machine and work towards optimal productivity and quality.
• Minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet high-quality standards and report any deviations.
• Maintain equipment to ensure optimal functioning and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Accurately label bottles with the correct information.

Chemical Machine Operator:

• Strictly follow recipe instructions to measure and mix chemicals accurately.
• Take samples from the finished product for Quality Control (pH, viscosity, density).
• Conduct raw materials inspections, ensuring conformance with specificity standards.
• Maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations for continued company compliance.
• Thoroughly prepare and clean mixing areas to avoid contamination of chemicals.
• Operate machinery safely and responsibly, enabling effective chemical mixing and processing.
• Filling of mixing vessels from IBCs and drums according to a recipe

To educate, motivate, plan and coach my clients, ensuring they get the best from their workouts and exercise plans.

• My role as supply chain coordinator was to foster strong business relationships with direct Customers, Sales Offices, and Marketing.
• Following the order through from the time of order entry (JDE and SAP) to the time of shipment.
• Stock Management.
• Compiling Sales Forecast.
• Running statistical reports using SAP and JD Edwards.
