  • Worked with different systems and software, such as EasyWeb, ServiceNow, Financial Crime Risk Management, and SHEENA.
  • Provided monthly and quarterly quality reviews, where I had to examine the team’s investigations and confirm their tasks were done successfully.
  • Obtained data from investigative articles about financial crimes where we suspect ING might have acted as a correspondent bank for those suspicious transactions, and then created a report of such a case and explain why it should be further investigated by the bank.
  • Created plans to propose solutions to problems related to efficiency.
  • Identified areas for improvement, narrowing focus for decision-makers in making necessary changes.
