- Provided monthly and quarterly quality reviews, where I had to examine the team’s investigations and confirm their tasks were done successfully.
- Obtained data from investigative articles about financial crimes where we suspect ING might have acted as a correspondent bank for those suspicious transactions, and then created a report of such a case and explain why it should be further investigated by the bank.
- Created plans to propose solutions to problems related to efficiency.
