I work authentically and always remain my calm self. I can also convey this sense of serenity to people. I also work transparently, being open and honest with both my colleagues and the individuals I work with. I do not avoid difficult situations and I actively think about a solution. I am very empathetic and at the same time I can provide a good balance between distance and closeness. I always work respectfully with people and try to work according to their needs. Large groups are always a challenge, but with the necessary support I can certainly handle this. I like to get feedback often so that I can start working on this immediately and learn more.
