  • Coordinate with FedEx Memphis GOCC (Global Operations Control Center) flight dispatcher for the flight plan and all other aspects related to flight

  • Communicating with the Interline partner Airline (KQ and EK) for the movement of general cargo outbound and courier to FX non-direct serve locations
  • Ensure FedEx Aircraft is 100% Airworthy and avoid any aircraft strike
  • Maintain the stock of ULD in Nairobi station as well as feed the down line station with ULD for their station operations
  • Update & maintain record of all the Damaged ULD in station and inform the ULD repairing station of the Damaged ULD movement out of Nairobi
