Consultants at Tobania Business Support are mainly working at clients in the banking sector. We have 3 main types of functions: Customer support (first&second line support), administrative support and analysts (KYC, Fraude). As an HRBP you are responsible for the follow-up of the consultants regarding HR questions, career possibilities,...). After recruitment finds the right candidate, the HRBP will take over for all HR related matters until the consultant leaves the company.

VITALINK FHIR PROJECT (11/2020-2022)

The Vitalink FHIR project Is a project focused on the Implementation of an International standard for the exchange of structured clinical data. The goal Is to evolve from KMEHR (a Belgian standard) towards an International standard named FHIR.

Within this project there are two components; testing the Vitalink FHIR server and software vendors testing.

• Analysis of cookbooks, documentation, diagrams
• Defining use cases, test scenarios & test cases
• Execute test cases In Postman
• Defect management (creation, follow-up)
• Participate in alignment meetings with several stakeholders
• Preparations for demos (scenarios) & perform demos
• Collaborate with the automation team
• Execute tests to test the automation process (verify if the requirements are met)
• Report test progress, issues

EFRO (03/2020-05/2022)

The EFRO project is a project focused on the digitalization of the health care processes for healthcare givers in the first line (General practitioners, dentists, …) and patients. This by replacing Belgian Digital Health standards to HL7 FHIR International standards, to obtain better Interoperability between software applications.

• Analysis of cookbooks, documentation, diagrams

• During status meetings informing stakeholders about progress and made recommendations to stay on track

Vitalink (07/2019-06/2022)

Vitalink is a project of ‘Vlaams Agentschap zorg en gezondheid’, it is a system allowing healthcare givers to share digital healthcare data about their patients. Within this project our team provides support for the further development of the cookbooks and documentation, to the software vendor during his acceptance testing and general support for the software vendors.

• Analysis of existing documentation and issues raised by software vendors
• Completing existing documentation with new Information
• Validation of tests performed by software vendors
• Support of software vendors during their test execution
• Testing existing scenarios with EVS (Test tool for developed for Vitalink)
• During the chain test: welcome people in the breakout sessions, explain the purpose and course of the chain test, facilitate the testing of the software
• Report the outcome per software vendor and overall outcome of the chain test to the different stakeholders

Drupal tool (06/2019-04-2020)

Following on the M2 project, a Drupal tool has been developed. The aim of the Drupal tool is to define which eHealth basic services tests the software vendor needs to perform to obtain the M2 level for his software application by filling in an assessment.

The aim of the M2 project was to support the Belgian government in the validation of software applications for healthcare, to guarantee their conformance to the health Interoperability exchange standards in Belgium.
