I crafted interfaces to enhance the user experience of applications and websites using research methods including interviews, workshops, surveys, focus groups, and user testing by conducting comprehensive usability tests and incorporating feedback into design iterations.

Yteria is a SAP digital agency aimed at defining best practices and strategies for various front-end solutions, as well as SAP applications and legacy systems, spanning both web and mobile platforms.

As a freelance UX consultant at Yteria, I focused extensively on a project for their client in the transportation sector, and also collaborated with STIB/MIVB which is the public transport company in the Brussels region, providing metro, tram, and bus services.

Key Achievements:

I delivered high-quality UX/UI services creating design assets such as buttons and icons. I developed style guides to ensure design consistency throughout the product and across different interfaces for their SAP business applications.

Project: Digital Twin

The Digital Twin project aimed to digitally recreate the elements used for the training of Network Rail employees.

"Network Rail," responsible for owning, operating, and maintaining the railway infrastructure in England, Wales, and Scotland. They also manage railway timetabling and 20 major stations in England, Scotland, and Wales.

Approach & Key Achievements:

Collaborated with two other designers to create a 3D training platform for "Network Rail," the leading group in the British railway sector, supporting training delivery during the Covid-19 period.
