Responsible for formulating and implementing business strategies related to KEMIN's Nutritional portfolio for monogastrics (biosurfactants, enzymes, trace minerals, antioxidants, flavors and pigments), new business development and people management: Responsible for pillar P&L and all related marketing activities for the designated portfolio offering through the development of a strategic marketing plan; segment-target-position, value chain, competitive field, unmet customer needs, service co-creation, market and customer trends, emerging product/market opportunities, new routes-to-market, strategic and value-based pricing, forecasting, sales pipeline monitoring & tracking. I lead/steer the PM & technical support for the Nutritional product portfolio and services throughout the portfolio’s lifecycle span across EMENA. This involves the creation of strategies and market plans, driving and implementing a product and service development process, managing portfolio profitability protecting gross margin and reducing cost of goods. I am managing, supporting technically, promoting, directing, planning and coordinating activities for the related product (group) lines, ensure synergy with related PM & technical team members and other stakeholders for accomplishing business objectives within prescribed time frame and parameters. I pro-actively lead interaction with all departments (Operations, Sales, RnD, Customer Laboratory Services, KEMIN application system services, Procurement, Production etc.) to drive the portfolio Net Sales and Gross Margin growth, customer/business retention and satisfaction.

Parallel to this position I also have been in charge of the full operational product management related to the enzyme & mineral portfolio. Since November 2023 also in charge of the product management of all other product lines (6 in total)

• Marketing responsibility for the entire poultry product portfolio line within EME (enzymes, minerals, eubiotics, feed quality, carotenoids and methionine)
• Strategic development poultry business, support sales/commercial activities & KOL RM plans to enhance market share in EME

• Vertical product management and marketing responsibility for 2 core product portfolio lines

• Vertical product management and marketing responsibility the entire portfolio lines including: Marketing support to EME Sales/Technical team and various distributors Novus partners with (development sales deliverables, toolkits, product trainings, cooperation on creating articles for promotion of portfolio in regional/international press)
• Working together with Sales team on target opportunities/projects in the field including KA visits to promote our solutions/introduce new product line entries
• Responsible for EME price setting portfolio related products, development specific Key Account tenders including or not long-term agreements; review forecast, budgeting and manage product availability with Logistics and Manufacturing
• Coordination of various research projects/commercial field trials related to portfolio involved with the EME Technical team (including involvement in protocol designs), cross-functional role with Global Marketing, Global Product Management, Global R&D, RA EME, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other WA Technical teams

• Promoted for performing consistently high standard work, managing past product launches in a successful way and in prospect of receiving responsibility for coordinating a new upcoming product launch

• Responsible for the B to B marketing of our product range as well in the countries with Alpharma country managers as towards distributor countries
• It contained the development of marketing deliverables to support the sales of the Alpharma feed additive portfolio, feed ingredients and water soluble products, mainly for poultry, pig and cattle in the EMEA market
• It also involved organizing international fairs and meetings, training and support of Alpharma distributors, product training of the sales team and presentations on internal and international meetings
• My responsibility also included planning and organization of launches of new EMEA products
• I was a member of an internal Global Project Swine Team Group regarding the future Organic and New growth in the pig swine business

• The job held the responsibility for the marketing concerning all the livestock products (pigs and cattle); development of marketing campaigns, development of marketing materials such as sales aids, brochures, leaflets, advertisements, articles, organising expositions and events, technical training of the sales team, lectures to veterinarians and end users (farmers)
• It also included the logistic responsibility concerning the livestock product range and forecasting/ budgeting of the pigs and cattle products
• I was also responsible for the technical support towards vets and farmers, handling of farmacovigilance cases and the organising of field trials in relation to the livestock product range

• My job existed out of prospecting and visiting large animal practices (bovine-pigs, mixed practices), poultry practices and feed animal companies (industry) trough out Flanders
• I was responsible for the follow up of sales and the contacts on a regularly basis with wholesalers and pharmacists

• Checking up Aujesky statuses of all pig farms in Oost-Vlaanderen, Premium controls on cattle farms, dealing of recognition applies of merchants and licences of animal transporters, sanitary controls in slaughterhouses and in animal welfare within pigs, cattle and small animals
• Assimilation of dioxin-dossiers with the Veterinary Services in Kortrijk
