Intensively support the delivery of the main initiatives related to Cards & Cash domain. Special focus on Estreem program, for which an ambitious roadmap has been setup.
Actively contribute to the deliveries: impacts analysis, gap analysis, migration strategy, etc, by supporting the different streams and teams involved in this initiative.

Support and facilitate different boards: Product boards, Architecture board, Refinement & Delivery Board, Comité de Pilotage with equensWordline.

For MasterCard Debit and Ballpen (Bpost Bank integration in BNPPF) projects: coordinated the Key Management Ceremonies, coordinated the chip implementation by Embossers, aligned roadmap with other teams/squads (ATM, Channels, etc.)

For Visa Debit (LLoba) project: coordinated and monitored all chip profiles management, supported the Architects in the implementation of a new online flow. Monitored the testing, aligned the roadmap with external partners, monitored and executed the chip certification with all schemes ( Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard)

For Mobile Acceleration initiative, as Opus owner, defined the roadmap with all stakeholders and monitored the full execution of pin management Debit cards in EBA (Easy Banking App) opus, and Block & replace Credit cards opus

Managed the continuity of our IT operations and teams in case of incidents

Coordinated the implementation of Business Impacts Analysis (BIA), for all IT teams

Managed access rights to applications (granting access rights according to security standards and fraud risks) for the entire former Accounts Customers and Cards users.

Coordinated the signing of internal SLAs between internal partners such as the former Accounts Customers and Cash and, among others, Archiving & Imaging (AI)

Analyzed the business impacts of several projects such as CHORUS (single cross-platform to manage securities in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg).

Business Asset Responsible (BAR) for the application "ZR-Secmat (securities accounting)

Managed as "Project lead" different projects, such as Dormant Assets
