• Introduce systems and workflows to organize, track, and manage data more efficiently across the team, reducing reliance on ad-hoc solutions.
• Establish best practices for data collection and management, creating shared documentation and standardized formats to improve consistency and reliability.
• Improve Data Accuracy & Access:
  Implement data validation and error-handling practices to ensure accurate data entries.
  Introduce data access protocols to streamline and secure how team members access and update game-related data.

• Attract and hire developers, artists, and other game industry specialists aligned with the startup's goals and culture.
• Create job descriptions, post job listings, review resumes, conduct interviews, and make job offers.
• Manage the successful onboarding process for new hires at Darkstar, including detailed orientation sessions on company culture, internal processes, and tools.
• Establish HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop employee handbooks and performance evaluation processes.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
