The AGPR (General Administration of Collection and Recovery) is a branch of SPF Finance responsible for tax and non-tax revenue collection as well as the recovery of debts and penalties.

• Technical ownership of perception & collection flows beyond VAT.
• Contribution to migration from monolith to microservices (strangler pattern, anti-corruption layer).
• Designed and analyzed critical flows:
  Dossier creation in MS-Dossier initiated from legacy (synchronous API + retry handling).
  Processing of command messages via Artemis queues, combining business and technical validations.
  Payment allocation from General Waiting Register (commands, retries, DLQ, reply).
• Defined retry policies, DLQ management, and reply mechanisms.
• Improved system resilience, monitoring, and observability (logs, metrics, performance indicators).

  Provision account liquidation in the case of business cessation.
• Coordinated flows between AGPR systems (First Intake, First Accounting, SITRAN, MyFinaliti) and AGFISC systems (Intervat, VAT Board, Finaliti).
• Drafted epics, user stories, and test strategy, managed Agile backlog.

During my time working with Future with Past, I had the opportunity to delve into the realm of postdisaster insurance, particularly for Stelliant. This involved a specific project aimed at managing claims for TotalEnergie. The project utilized the Totipot software, now a low-code development tool. My role centered around configuring Totipot to meet the unique needs of both Total and Stelliant in handling claims. This experience allowed me to hone my skills in adapting technological tools to intricate business requirements and effectively coordinating between technical and operational teams to ensure project success with a solution aligned with expectations.

During the same collaboration with Future with Past, I also worked on a technical migration project. It involved transitioning from an older version of the XAGA product to the new version called Totipot for RATP. This new system aimed at managing employees across various departments and sites, including tracking their absences and implementing a module for time allocation.
