• Lead the Procurement and Fleet team in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg over all commodities
• Define and implement the long-term Procurement Strategy
• Create a pipeline for next years with savings targets and guide the procurement and fleet team to achieve them, focusing on P&L savings
• Work closely with Key Stakeholders for business-critical projects
• Manage high volume RFx's (from start to contracting)
• Negotiate prices, KPI's and terms with possible suppliers and ensure these are met
• Convince stakeholders when change is needed
• Ensure procurement policy is respected throughout the company.

• Commodity manager for Fuel, HR, consultancy, solar power, EV boxes, trainings, audits, architectural services and general services - Conducting multimillion euro contracts and negotiations for these commodities (From RFX to sourcing and then P2P follow-up)
• Build relationships with vendors to negotiate ideal terms for purchases.
• Huge focus on stakeholder management
• Managing a team of two people, the junior buyer and an operational buyer
• Local negotiation trainer and expert - trained my colleagues and manager in new negotiation techniques during a three-day training session, and helped them when needed to define best negotiation strategy during important deals.

• Monitored and tracked supplier performance to enforce adherence to quality standards and established timelines.
